Yes, we offer a variety of colors and materials for our 3D printed products. If you have specific color or material preferences, please let us know when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Converting a photo into a 3D printed figure involves a complex design process, which can be quite costly. If you have a photo you'd like to transform, our designers can work with you to create a suitable 3D model, tailored to your needs.
Not all 3D designs are suitable for printing. To ensure a successful print, the design must be optimized specifically for 3D printing. We accept designs in 3D printing formats such as STL and 3MF. If you're unsure about your file, our team is here to help optimize your design for the best printing results.
For regular orders: 2-3 business days.
For pre-orders: 3-5 business days depending on the volume.
For rent-our-printer service: The production time for 3D printed items varies based on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Yes, we offer customization services for many of our products. Whether you want to add a personal touch or create a completely unique design, our team can help bring your vision to life. Please contact us with your specific requirements for a custom quote
Dubai 3D Printing is dedicated to your satisfaction. We include detailed descriptions and photos to ensure you know exactly what you’re getting.If you encounter any issues with your item or order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Contact us at info@dubai3dprinting.ae including your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will strive to respond promptly.
Upon receiving the returned defective product, we will inspect it and inform you via email within a reasonable timeframe if you qualify for a refund or replacement. If approved, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Please note, a 20 AED re-stocking fee applies to returns.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges unless the item you received is defective. If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us with details of the item and the defect.
Once your package leaves our studio and is in transit, we are no longer responsible for it.
We do not offer replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing.
